Effective June 01 thru June 18, 2010: Afternoon Practice Schedule. Practice is held at the Westbury Park Pool. PLEASE ARRIVE A FEW MINUTES EARLY BEFORE EACH PRACTICE! 4:00 - 5:00pm 13 years of age and older 5:00 - 5:45pm 8 and under 5:45 - 6:45pm 9 thru 12 years of age
Effective June 21, 2010: Morning practice is held at the Westbury Park Pool. PLEASE ARRIVE A FEW MINUTES EARLY BEFORE EACH PRACTICE! 8:00 - 9:30am   13 years of age and older Swim practice will begin promptly at 8:00am. The advanced group will have stretching exercises on the pool deck on Tuesdays and Thursdays. PLEASE BE PROMPT! This affects only those that have been coming to the first morning practice. 9:30 - 10:30am   9 - 12 years 10:30 - 11:15am   8 and under
