Effective May 31 thru June 18, 2011: Afternoon Practice Schedule. Practice is held at the Westbury Park Pool. PLEASE ARRIVE A FEW MINUTES EARLY BEFORE EACH PRACTICE! 3:30 - 4:45pm 13 and UP (middle school arrive as soon as you get home from school) 4:45 - 5:30pm 7 and Under 5:30 - 6:30pm 8 - 12 years (Some 8 year olds may be moved down to the 7 & under group after their swimming skills are assessed by the coaching staff)
Effective June 20, 2011 - August 7, 2011: Morning practice is held at the Westbury Park Pool. PLEASE ARRIVE A FEW MINUTES EARLY BEFORE EACH PRACTICE! 8:00 - 9:30am   13 years of age and older 9:30 - 10:30am   8 - 12 years 10:30 - 11:15am   7 and under
