New logo designs were discussed that could combine the current logo image of Ford’s Colony and the team Mascot, the Killer Whale. Jim Bennett stated he would contact Drew Mulhare to insure any new swim team logo that was similar to the Ford’s Colony would not be offensive to the management of the community.
Formal Artwork designs. Jamie VanBergen agreed to get to Jim Bennett the artwork for the new logo by the end of January.
Production Lead time. Since a minimum of one-month lead-time was necessary to produce the t-shirt order, it was agreed the proposed shirts would have to be ready by March 15th.
Tie dye shirts. It was agreed that the kids might like a tie dye shirt, while adults would probably prefer a solid color with the same team logo. The order placed would need to include sizes, color, and quantity of each.
